Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and add your item to cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. Contact us immediately via our Contact page if you need to make a change.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete, and a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production, plus delivery time based on your location:
- United States: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 10–30 business days after dispatch
- Canada & Australia: 10–30 business days after dispatch
- Rest of World (including Tanzania, Philippines, UAE, and more): 10–30 business days after dispatch
How much does shipping cost?
- United States: Standard $8.00 | Express $15.00 | Free on orders over $50
- Europe: $12.00
- Canada & Australia: $15.00
- Rest of World: $12.00
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide to over 30 countries including the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Australia, Tanzania, Philippines, UAE, Japan, and more. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Orders above €150 (EU) or £135 (UK) may require additional VAT payment upon delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Sizing
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide. We strongly recommend reviewing it before placing your order, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.
Do your products run true to size?
Sizing can vary slightly by product. Always refer to the specific size guide on the product page for the most accurate measurements.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery via our Contact page with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to return the item. We will make it right.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We focus on heavyweight, premium-quality fabrics designed for durability and comfort. Specific material details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my Sovereign Rogue pieces?
To preserve the quality of your garment, we recommend washing inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and ironing directly on printed areas.
