Every Sovereign Rogue piece is built to order and dispatched directly to your door. Here is how to follow your shipment every step of the way.
How Order Tracking Works
Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time.
Simply click the tracking link in that email to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your order.
Important Notes
- Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has shipped.
- If your order contains more than one item, you may receive separate tracking numbers depending on how your order is fulfilled.
- In rare cases, tracking may not be available for certain destinations. If this applies to your order, we will notify you by email.
Cannot Find Your Tracking Email?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we will send your tracking details directly.
Order Not Arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, do not worry — contact us via our Contact page and we will investigate and resolve it for you.
