Refund Policy

Every Sovereign Rogue piece is made to order, produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We ask that you review your order carefully — including the size guide on each product page — before completing your purchase.

When We Will Make It Right

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you:

The item arrives damaged or defective
The print quality does not meet an acceptable standard
You received the wrong item or wrong size

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a replacement or store credit where appropriate, subject to our fulfillment partner's determination. Orders still in transit that have not been confirmed as lost are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

For an unsuccessful delivery, you may be eligible for a reprint or a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

A brief description of the problem

You do not need to return the item. We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

What We Do Not Cover

Wrong size ordered by the customer
Change of mind after purchase
Orders still in transit that have not been confirmed as lost

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, before production begins. Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
